About Diane Janzen of Janzen and Associates management consultingDiane Janzen, the founder of Janzen + Associates Management Consulting, has more than 25 years’ experience working with non-profit organizations and governments in all areas of organizational planning, public engagement, research, policy development, board governance and project implementation. Prior to the establishment of Janzen + Associates Management Consulting, Diane Janzen worked with the Federal Department of Canadian Heritage as a Regional Manager and Program Manager and managed regional programs of the department in Manitoba and Alberta for a decade. In addition, Diane Janzen is also deeply committed to public service, having been elected and served as a two term School Trustee and Chair of the Board (3 years) and as a City Councillor for the City of Chilliwack, in addition to being active in the provincial and federal democratic processes throughout her adult life. Diane Janzen holds a Masters of Arts (Educational Leadership and Management) from Royal Roads University where she was awarded the Chancellor’s Award for Highest Academic Achievement in the program and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from the University of Winnipeg.
